With 15 years of legal experience in Australia and New Zealand, Mobeena is an expert in dispute resolution and general civil litigation. She’s also a leading specialist in abuse claims and earthquake matters and has resolved hundreds of insurance claims for homeowners.

Prior to joining Shine, Mobeena gained valuable experience in Australia, working in major national law firms, and representing clients with matters involving:
- Workers’ compensation
- Public liability
- Historic child sexual abuse claims (including involvement in the Royal Commission into Institutional Reponses to Child Sexual Abuse)
