Natalie is our General Manager – Operations and a qualified Legal Executive. She has worked for her entire career of over 20 years in the legal arena, first working for Auckland District Law Society before moving into senior legal secretarial and paralegal roles within large law firms in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Natalie started her own consulting business in 2011 providing support to barristers, sole practitioners and small firms, before joining Andrew Hooker in his sole practice, soon after becoming Practice Manager to Shine New Zealand in 2015. Natalie was appointed General Manager – Operations in 2018, is based in the Auckland office and responsible for managing Shine New Zealand’s offices in Auckland and Christchurch.
